Description
This is a pair of original B&O Beoplay H7 Headphone Driver Units with 40mm diameter diaphragm. We recommend using it to upgrade mid-end headphones with 40 or 50mm housing to premium sound quality.

Know more about the H7 headphone
B&O Play’s first around-ear Bluetooth headphone is well-built, stylish and sounds quite good, too. No doubt about it, the B&O Play BeoPlay H7 by Bang & Olufsen is a swanky wireless Bluetooth headphone. Its headband is crafted out of anodized aluminum, and the plush, memory foam earcups are covered with lambskin leather. It looks expensive and it is: B&O’s first full-size, over-ear wireless model lists for $450, although it can be had for $400, £330 or AU$750 online in two color options. Spec of the driver
The sound of this driver unit is very appealing. If you’re the kind of listener who revels in unpicking fine detail and wants to examine every note in a recording, these driver units are ideal ones for DIY.

DIY suggestions
We highly recommend using this driver with closed back, small size headphone shells, like AGK K92 or Marshall headphones. It works with with half or fully opened shell as well but the bass is reduced ~5dB.
Note: the dynamic drivers have been paired to ensure sound and quality fully balanced between right and left channels. Therefore we don’t offer single unit.
Soldering: overheated (>250 degree C) soldering iron or overtime soldering (>2s) may permanently damage the driver. Please managed down both in your DIY.
- Installation: the driver has Sintered NdFeB Magnetic inside with extremely strong attraction power. Damage may caused by attracting anything hitting the fragile diaphragm.
- Others: applying high-voltage, storing in high temperature/humidity environment… all may cause unrecoverable damage.

Installed this B&O-H7 drivers in an old pair of Yamaha monitors that lost clarity years ago and were hanging from the wall since then.
Resulting sound is just amazing.
My Yamaha with B&O organ replacement is no longer an accurate gage, but instead it is reborn to a vivid and powerful tool for enjoying quality music
